We are thrilled to announce that Core Concepts Contracting has been awarded the pre-construction contract for the Tempo by Hilton, set to rise at 138 West Avenue in the Village of Patchogue — the former home of Bowl Long Island, adjacent to the Watch Hill Ferry terminal and steps from the Long Island Rail Road's Patchogue station.
This is a project that has been years in the making for the Patchogue community, and one that carries real weight for our team. Our President, Nicole LaMontagne, a resident of Patchogue Village, has watched this community grow and evolve firsthand. To now be part of bringing one of its most anticipated developments to life is something we don't take for granted.

The Tempo by Hilton is part of Hilton's modern lifestyle portfolio, designed for today's ambitious, achievement-driven traveler. The Patchogue location will feature a rooftop restaurant, event space, residential apartments, and premium amenities making it a truly one-of-a-kind mixed-use destination and the first major hotel south of Sunrise Highway in Suffolk County.
